Padmaja H.S School gives admission in classes from Nursery to XII std. depending upon the vacant seats. Admission criteria and rules are as under :

| For LKG & other Classes | Having passed the previous class. |
| Atten 50% marks in annual exam upto class X | |
| For XI th & XII commerce 55% overall and 55% in English in previous class. |

| For XI & XII maths 60% overall and 60% marks in maths & science. |

| For XI Bio & XII Bio 60% overall and 60% in science |
Following document are to be submitted along with admission form with admission fee and april/june installment :

| I to IX | Previous class pass marksheet, student’s banks A/C copy, countersigned T.C, Caste and income certificate of parents. |
| X | Previous 2 class mark sheet, MP board enrollment no. (not for CBSE students) and above document |
| XI | Previous class marksheet and document as above |
| XII | Previous 2 class mark sheet and document as above. |
